Thanksgiving Week

There's been so much happening I am going to give the Reader's Digest version as best I can and just post the fun pictures. My birthday was on the 26th and it was totally fun. My friend Rhianne took myself and my children out to Olive Garden for lunch on my birthday. She is so freaking awesome, I just love her. It was so fun. Our friend Tracey met us too and it was just nice being with two of the girls I love the most and their cute little ones! I worked all night! The girls at work pitched in and bought me a cake and treats, it was so totally nice of them. I work with some of the most admirable people in the world, I'm sure of it. Thanks to Sundee and Mary for thinking of me!

We were blessed to spend Thanksgiving in Delta. While it was a tired one for me, what a special time for Tony and the kids. And I got some great sleep with that belly full of food. My mother-in-law cooked up such a feast. I especially loved the stuffing, Tony says his favorite part was the eating, period.Kade and Kelda
G-Funk and Mel, I'm guessing on the computer.Mel
Beautiful sister-in-law Pon

Friday I got to sleep in (Sorry Mel and Amber, I will try not to poop out another year) and then spent the morning with my sister-in-law Pon and the kids. They all play so nice together. Pon has introduced me to a new obsession, purses/bags, right now I am simply window shopping though. Maybe some day I will understand all the fancy lingo and be able to afford the prices. Tony and Kade were gone most of the day. First shooting guns, then football, then dodgeball/basketball with my sister-in-law Amber's family at the H.S. In the midst of all of that we had a little birthday party for my favorite 1 yr old Jojo. She is so cute. (Work friends-can you believe how big she is?)Grandma Margie and JolieThe flame blown out just in time not to singe little fingers.

Saturday after Thanksgiving the boys were off again....this time it was the 4 wheelers. Margie, Mel and I went and looked at some Christmas Trees at a thing, I got some really cute ideas for our own house, and then we went to the local burger joint Leo's and just chatted for awhile. It's funny to listen to them people watch. Reminds me that even though I grew up in a rural Ohio town with one stop light, Delta feels even smaller. At least in Fletcher we could get away without driving for an hour. Then we went back to the house and basically had a mini movie marathon. We watched Hairspray, then Mel, Margie, Kayla and I went and saw Twilight at the local movie house. Don't ask my opinion, you don't want it. Needless to say, I loved, loved, the company I kept and have fully decided I won't be reading the books. Then it was back to the house and we watched We Are Marshall, only I gave up, took 1/2 an ambien and fell into a peaceful, wonderful sleep.

DooRon (better known as Ryan) posing for his facebook profile picture. This is one of about 7 on our camera. Mel is a perfectionist, what can I say. It's hard to make that look beautiful. J/K Ry! Love ya!

Sunday we enjoyed a restful Sabbath with my in-laws. Minus a few bumps, which Tony probably has on his feet because he had to wear his dad's shoes that are too small because I forgot his church shoes. One more of my mother-in-laws great meals followed by a great nap and some football for Tony and we were headed home. Back to the same ol' grind.
