Christmas Day

Christmas came and went so fast this year. The kids are getting so big! It seems crazy that they are as old as they are. The kids managed to follow the rules and slept in until all of 7:30 am! I was hoping that they would make it to my preferred time of 10:00 am. This is the kids before they broke through the wrapping paper to see if Santa came.

It looks like they must have been super good because Santa was pretty nice to them.

Later Christmas Day it was off to Delta to see Grandma and Grandpa. The kids always have fun with their cousins and it's always nice to be with Tony's parents. I was super tired for whatever reason, I know, what else is new? But the kids and Tony did lots of playing and I did some much needed post holiday napping. Tony and Kayla played on the 4-wheeler with Grandpa Old School
Kayla and Kelda and Kade made reindeer cookies for everyone.

This was the gaming that went on while I was napping.

The kids rigged up Jack's lizard and then dropped it on the "unsuspecting" adults. Everyone one appropriately took their turn being surprised by the lizard. This is Mel taking her turn. The kid thought that they were pretty funny.

Looks like you had a fun Christmas. I love that they were dropping the Lizard onto everyone. I get to look forward to stuff like that when my kids are older.
