We had Cabela spayed last week. Part of having the surgery is that they have to stay inside (even if they are outside dogs) so that they can be observed and so that you have the greatest chance at keeping those stitches dry. Cabela was so well behaved inside. We had our "dog gone big crate" for her which she happily stayed in but we also let her out onto her blanket if there was someone home to watch her. I had to go to work and Cabela was out so I left her in Kade's very capable hands. There's something sweet about a boy and his dog.
