St. Patrick's Day
Here are the kids decked out in all their green. Many, many shades of green and with outfits on that didn't really go together. The mommy in me wanted to make them change and not wear patterns with patterns or the ball caps but then the mommy in me took over and realized it isn't a big deal and they were both very happy in all their green. They loved that they were standing next to our green van for these pics.
Last weekend was Kayla's second dance competition down in Provo at Timpview. She was so awesome. The girls were much improved over their first competition at Thanksgiving Pointe. They took High Gold and Gold in their two dances last weekend. I don't really know what that means but it's gotta be good. Gold is good. This is Kayla getting ready for her dance called Head Crazy.
And the winner is.....
Kade took 1st place at the pinewood derby this year. Overall 1st place. He was very proud of his car and did a great job of not celebrating too much until he got home. He didn't want his friends to feel bad so he saved the crazy celebration for the second we walked in the door. It was so fun to watch he and Tony spend so much time together working on the car. I was really proud of both of them. Good Job Kade-O!
